Who is Social Care For?

At Hands on Care we provide a flexible service which enables individuals of all ages to receive the support they require in familiar surroundings.
We offer Social Care and support to families either on a regular basis or for short-term respite. Our care services offer support to:

What Social Care Services Do You Provide?
Our Social Care services can cover anything from a check-in visit to make a cup of tea and prepare meals to full day visits, helping you to live each day comfortably and safely.
Our dedicated Personal Carers are fully trained to:
- Start the day with a ‘good morning cup of tea’
- Accompany you on a walk or stroll around your local area
- Walk, or pop out in the car, with you to collect prescriptions from your pharmacy or dispensing GP surgery
- Collect your pension with you, or for you if that is what you would prefer
- Pop to the shops with you, come back, and put it all away
- Assist you to arrange your diary for social events, such as attending a day centre, visiting friends or family, going to your church or club etc
