Providing High Quality Social Care at Home
At Hands on Care, we believe that everyone has the right to live their life as they wish, that is why our goal is to help you keep active to maintain your chosen lifestyle. We provide the social care and support that you want, where and when you want it, enabling you to stay active wherever possible.
Whether you require short-term help, following an illness or because your usual carer is having a break, or you require long-term support, our team is on hand to ensure that you can continue to live your life on your terms.
Our Social Care team can deliver in-home care and support; whether it’s a 30-minute pop out to the shops or a more in-depth social care plan you require our friendly and qualified carers will be pleased to help.
Who is Social Care For?
